Shipping policy


We design and produce the products for sale on this website, such as framed prints and wallpapers, all governed by the copyright and trademark protection law of ALF&mabi.

** Delivery time:

The delivery time depends on the availability of the products in the stock. Items in stock are shipped within 72 hours, + delivery time of 24-48 hours for Peninsular Spain, 72 hours for Portugal and up to 5 working days for other EU countries. Items that have to be produced to order have a delivery time of up to 10 working days. 

Orders placed during Black Friday and sales campaigns may be subject to delays. 

* Wallpapers may vary in colour and material from one production run to the next, with each stock renewal. Therefore, we strongly recommend our customers to buy all the necessary rolls of wallpaper in a single order to ensure that they are all of the same dyeing/production batch and exactly identical in terms of colours and manufacturing support.

ALF&mabi does not guarantee that products of the same reference purchased at different times will be of the same dyeing or that there will be no changes in colour or material.



If you receive faulty or defective product, please inform us within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase by email. If it ispossible, please send us a photo of how the product arrived, so that we can manage it as fast as possible.  After this period, no return or exchange of goods will be accepted.

We will request a collection of the defective product at the address provided by the customer so that our quality team can check the condition of the product and confirm the manufacturing error. Once confirmed, another identical product in perfect condition will be sent.

We will not accept returns of defective goods that have been installed on the wall. The defective product must always be returned, even in the case of open paintings or rolls of wallpaper.

ALF&mabi is only responsible for the result of the labor carried out in its work, and not for those carried out in other processes. Returns of goods without packaging or different from that which ALF&mabi sent with their shipment will not be accepted.

ALF&mabi is not responsible for possible damage to the product caused when installing them on the wall, as in the case of wallpaper.

There may be a slight difference between the colour you see on a mobile or computer screen to the colour of the printed product. Such a difference is very common in the world of graphic printing. We take a number of measures to ensure that the colour you see in the description of a product on our website is as close to reality as possible. 

Any variations in the shade of the final print, gloss, satin, paper colour, handle colour, thickness and grammage, which are tolerable up to +/- 20 %, are not subject to complaint.

Due to the possible difference in shade from one print run to another, we recommend that the customer buys all the required product in the same order, in order to guarantee that the rolls are produced in the same production batch.

Orders placed separately may eventually suffer a difference in colour or material due to being manufactured in different production batches. ALF&mabi does not guarantee, under any circumstances, that products of the same reference purchased at different times will be of the same production batch. 



All products in the ALF&mabi web catalogue include VAT and taxes.

Please note that for orders and shipments outside the Iberian Peninsula and the European Union, Customs service may add import costs to be borne by the customer, in this case ALF&mabi is not responsible for the costs.
