Paloma's little house

Filled with light and green, this is Paloma Blanc's country house in Asturias, with its large windows offering spectacular views. A house with plenty of space and life, designed in detail to be the refuge of peace and rest for a family of 11 people: the couple and their nine children.

In this edition of #ALF&mabiHomes we show you La Casina Asturiana by Paloma Blanc, @7paresdekatiuskas on Instagram, which was featured in the special anniversary edition of El Mueble magazine filled with decorating ideas for country houses.

 

 

To accommodate all family members without space issues, Paloma prioritized spacious areas like the living room, which is very large and cozy, and the dining room with an open kitchen, as the mother was clear that she wanted everyone to be able to be together while cooking.

 

The girls' room gained a romantic and playful touch with our wallpaper Mariquitas, chosen by Paloma for its dusty pink tones that match the bedding and the soft green of the twigs. 

 

 
Paloma was looking for a wallpaper for the boys' room in shades of green, beige, and blue, that somehow reflected the beauty of the landscape: the sea, nature, and the peace that the place conveys. So we custom-designed the wallpaper Asturias, with watercolor drawings of elements full of meaning. The lighthouse to give a maritime touch, the flight of the seagulls creating a sense of peace, and the green twigs referring to the beautiful Asturian environment. A model of wallpaper that is neutral and full of personality for the children's bedroom.
