LEGAL CONDITIONS

The General Conditions of Contract regulate the distance selling relationship between the company ALF&MABI DECOR & ART, S.L., with NIF B16754806 and tax address at Calle de Santa Engracia, 151. Madrid, Spain and the user or client, in accordance with the legal stipulations, in particular, Law 7/1998, of 13 April, on General Contracting Conditions, Law 3/2014, of 27 March, which modifies the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data, Law 7/1996, of 15 January, on the Regulation of Retail Trade, and Law 34/2002 of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.

 

ALF&mabi reserves the right to make any modifications it deems appropriate, without prior notice, to the General Conditions. Such modifications may be made, through its websites, by any legally admissible means and shall be binding for as long as they are published on the website and until they are validly modified by subsequent modifications. However, ALF&mabi reserves the right to apply, in certain cases, Special Conditions of Contract in preference to these General Conditions when it deems appropriate, announcing them in due time and form.

The duration of the contract will be linked to the delivery of the product without prejudice to the right of withdrawal.

As a user or customer, you expressly declare that you know, understand and accept the conditions of use and these general contracting conditions. Likewise, he/she declares to be of legal age and to have the necessary legal capacity to access the ALF&mabi websites and to contract through them.

Once the purchase process has been completed, the customer will receive a confirmation of the purchase by e-mail. It is essential that the user provides a valid e-mail address during the purchase process. If you do not receive the confirmation within 24 hours of completing the order, please contact ALF&mabi by email at contacto@alfmabi.com.

 

INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

 

ALF&mabi holds all rights over the content, design and source code of this website and, in particular, including but not limited to, the photographs, images, texts, logos, designs, trademarks, trade names and data included on the website.

Clients and Users are warned that such rights are protected by current Spanish and international legislation on intellectual and industrial property.

The total or partial reproduction of this Website, or any of its contents, is expressly prohibited without the express written permission of ALF&mabi.

ALF&mabi informs that it does not grant any licence or implicit authorisation whatsoever on the intellectual and/or industrial property rights or on any other right or property related, directly or indirectly, to the contents included in the Website, the images of our products and the drawings contained therein.

 

VOID

In case that any clause of these Terms of Use is declared null and void, the remaining clauses shall remain in force and shall be interpreted taking into account the will of the parties and the purpose of these Terms of Use.

ALF&mabi may not exercise any of the rights and powers conferred in this document, which shall in no case imply the waiver of the same unless expressly acknowledged by ALF&mabi or the statute of limitations of the corresponding action in each case.

 

RETURNS POLICY

In order to proceed with the return, the customer must communicate it within 14 calendar days from the reception of the goods. After this period no return will be accepted. 

To cancel the purchase, the product must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging. We do not accept the return of opened wallpaper rolls, except in case of defective product ascertained by our product quality team.

Defective or wrong products will be communicated by email to pedidos@alfmabi.com or contacto@alfmabi.com indicating the reference number and if possible a photo of the product received. After communication, our team will request the collection of the defective or erroneous product with shipment of a new product in perfect condition or refund of the product minus shipping costs. 

We do not accept the return or exchange of defective products that have been installed or manipulated. 

ALF&mabi is only responsible for the result of the work carried out in its work, and not for those carried out in other processes. Returns of goods without packaging or different from the ones ALF&mabi sent with the shipment will not be accepted.

Any variations in the shade of the final print, gloss, satin, color of the paper, color of the handle, thickness and grammage, which will be tolerable up to +/- 20%, cannot be the object of a claim.

APPLICABLE LAW AND ARBITRATION

These Terms of Use are governed by applicable Spanish law. To resolve any controversy or dispute arising from these Terms of Use, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the city of Madrid, Spain, unless the law imposes another jurisdiction.
