ALF & mabi products are shipped with the company Tipsa, within 24-48 hours deadline for Spain. Ordinary shipping (for the Spanish Peninsula and whose amount does not exceed €80) has a postage of € 3.50.

Shipments to peninsular Spain whose order amount exceeds € 80 are free!

For the Balearic Islands, the shipping price is € 19.95, with the same delivery time established for the peninsula (24h / 48h).

Our website has impossible orders to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, since taxes and prices of shipments depend on several factors. If you want to place an order, send us an email to contacto@alfmabi.com informing the desired product and the shipping address. We will send you a proforma with the corresponding taxes and shipping amount, and if you agree, the payment is made by transfer and as soon as the receipt or payment is received, we begin to process the order.


We ship to Portugal with shipping cost of € 3.50.

We also ship to other European countries, such as France, Italy, Germany and Holland. The shipping cost will automatically appears once you go to purchase page. It goes around € 8,50 and € 15, depending on purchase amount or locality. We ship with Tipsa company and the delivery time can be from 3-7 working days. 


The total delivery time of our products (that is, the order preparation time + the transport time once the shipment is made) can vary from 8 to 17 business days. We do not work with stock, all orders are produced in a personalized way, that is why we always work with a production period of 3 to 10 business days. 


All ALF & mabi products are produced under the customer's request, both the sheets and the wallpapers. We do not work with stock, everything is produced in a personalized way in the exact quantity of the order received. As the colors and printing tones may vary from one print run to another, we do not accept product returns (except in the case of a defective product), because there are no guarantees that a returned wallpaper roll can be used in another order. since the colors may suffer a slight discrepancy when being produced in different runs.

Therefore, the return of products that have a printing or manufacturing defect attributable to ALF & mabi is only allowed.

If any of our products arrive in bad condition, or if a product arrives that you have not ordered or something similar: do not worry. Inform us immediately by email, if possible with a photo of how the product arrived, so that we can manage it as quickly as possible.

As soon as we receive it and review the conditions of the product, we will send you an email stating that it has arrived and the amount of the product will be returned, without counting the shipping costs, since it is sent and it is a cost that we have assumed.

Shipping costs to our warehouse are borne by the customer, and we will not accept cash on delivery.

ALF & mabi is solely responsible for the result of the work carried out in its work, and not for those carried out in other external processes. Returns of goods without packaging or different from those that ALF & mabi sent them with their shipment will not be accepted or accepted.

Eventual variations in the tonality of the final print (gloss, satin, paper color, handle color, thickness and weight), which will be tolerable up to +/- 20%, cannot be claimed. These small differences (the tonality seen on a mobile screen, for example, for the tonality in the printed product) is very common in the world of graphic printing and can exist. Even so, we take a series of measures to guarantee that the color that is seen in the description of a product on our website is as faithful as possible to reality.


Orders will be delivered to the address designated by the customer. Alf & mabi does not assume any responsibility when delivery cannot be made as a result of the information provided not being correct, inaccurate or incomplete. In the event that the delivery address is wrong or the recipient subsequently modifies it, the re-dispatch costs will be borne by the customer. In the event that the order is rejected by the recipient or the recipient is absent, ALF & mabi does not assume any responsibility and reserves the right to charge the client 100% of the value of the new postage.
